APPLICATION AND USE:
1. Begin by applying the liner to the outside corner of the lower lash line and draw small, feather-like strokes, connecting each one as you move towards the inner corners of the eyelid.
2. Use the same technique on the upper lash line, note that you should reduce the intensity as you move towards the inner side of the eyelid.
